This program spotlights the movie career of Elvis Presley. The King Of Rock & Roll also was the king of rock stars on the silver screen. He acted in 31 features and starred in two concert films between 1956 and 1972 – for a total of 33 movies – more than any rock star in history. They generated 38 Billboard Magazine-ranked hit singles. We’ll sample them all.

These tunes include some songs that date back to the 1800’s and even earlier.
